Appearance: milk white paste. Composition: high molecular polymer latex and filling compound. Ion type: Negative ion type or Non-ionic type. Good screen-passing property, strong covering power, soft hand feeling, good elasticity, good fastness, well washable, smooth surface, good brightness, not sticky to hands
Application scope:
It is suitable for printing on deep or light colored cotton fabrics or cotton blended fabrics with high elasticity.
Reference formula:
(1) When used singly: 100 percent of KW-308 elastic white paste
(2) When it is used for light color printing:
40 to 60 percent of KW-308 Elastic White Paste
55 to 35 percent of KW-308 elastic transparent paste
Printing process:
Generally, it should be overprinted at least 2 times in order to have a smooth surface and reach a good covering effect, i.e.: Printing—blow drying—printing—blow drying—printing a layer of bright paste—air drying or bake-drying—finished product
Precautions
(1) 100 to 120 meshed screen printing should be used
(2) Coating used in printing will affect the fastness and elasticity
(3) If it is baked for 2 minutes under a temperature of 150°C, the fastness can be increased, but the elasticity is decreased.
(4) In deep color printing, transparent paste should be blended in, or directly use color printing paste.
(5) Natural air drying for at least 7 days
(6) Do not mix it with positive ion type printing additives
(7) The Quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature.
